Impassioned about helping women get into the driver’s seat of their careers, Lois realizes that it often takes a VOLTA—a shift in thought or emotion—to achieve this goal. Her confidence-building approach is designed to spark illuminations and provide action plans to guide women through their career VOLTAs.

Lois draws from a unique base of experience that began with two Fortune 500 companies: GSK (formerly SK&F), followed by Merck (formerly Schering-Plough). After 10 years in corporate America, Lois made the move to the advertising side of the industry, which culminated in the co-founding of JUICE Pharma Worldwide, a New York City-based advertising agency. She served as CEO of this multimillion-dollar enterprise for 15 years.
