Career VOLTA brings an abundance of confidence-building methods to the forefront for businesswomen that put us in the driver’s seat of our careers.  What really struck a chord with me was the concept that we are a brand, and that we need to approach our brand by shaping it with purpose, especially now with social media. Lois made me stop and think about how people perceive me, and whether or not their perception aligns with the intention of my brand. This book makes it clear that we are the ones who get to shape our brand--the way WE want it to be. I find this to be very empowering.
